At Bismillah Incubator, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (unless the return is due to our mistake).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with order details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., feed, medicines) cannot be returned once opened.
