At Bismillah Incubator, we care about our customers and strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please read our exchange and complaint policy below:
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for exchange:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
The original packaging and invoice must be provided.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, we may suggest an alternative or process a refund.
Complain Policy
If you face any issue with our products or services, you can file a complaint.
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Our support team will review your complaint and respond within 2–3 business days.
We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and to your satisfaction.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
Perishable items (e.g., feed, medicine) once opened.
