Exchange & Complain Policy

At Bismillah Incubator, we care about our customers and strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please read our exchange and complaint policy below:

Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for exchange:

    • The product must be unused and in original condition.

    • The original packaging and invoice must be provided.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, we may suggest an alternative or process a refund.

Complain Policy

  • If you face any issue with our products or services, you can file a complaint.

  • Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Our support team will review your complaint and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and to your satisfaction.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Perishable items (e.g., feed, medicine) once opened.
